If 80 percent of a business's profits are generated by 20 percent of the business's clients. It makes good "cents" to tailor services based on the needs of those 20 percent, without losing sight of the remaining clients.

Gearing up for the year ahead, October may be a good month to evaluate your customer base and allocate resources accordingly - offering higher levels of services based on spending or visiting habits.
