D Hall Walk Around The Reservation

- To provide awareness to the general public about the effects of diabetes, cancer, drug and alcohol abuse on a community.
Strategies Darryl Hall, Don Rush (477 Program), Cal Rauum (Circle of Life), and volunteers from the Three Affiliated Tribes reservation decided to find a new and innovative way to draw attention to rise of diabetes, cancer, drug, & alcohol abuse on the reservation. They challenged the young and the old to walk every step of the way with fearlessness and confront these ailments that are so prevalent on the reservation. Results - An average of 600 supporters showed up to walk around the reservation and two individuals Don Rush & Cal Rauum completed the walk.
- Thanks to all the volunteers the project turned out to be a success and was completely funded through generous donations, which included but not limited to monetary, food, water, and vehicles.
