I have been with the coalition for about a year now, after hearing about it at a PMO meeting.


When I joined the coalition I expected to learn more to help infants and toddlers in preventing injuries. I continue to expect the program, as well as myself, to work toward prevention of injuries of children in our community, which is my specific area of interest. My favorite part about the coalition is working together for free car seats for infants, toddlers, and children in our community. In addition to being part of the coalition, I am also a Maternal Child Health Nurse, the Northern Plains Healthy Start Case-manager, and a Car Seat Technician. [ end of article ]
