Safety belt usage has risen to an all time high in Minot of 64.83 percent.

The survey, conducted by Minot’s local Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA), followed an extensive safety belt public information campaign. Nationally, safety belt usage is nearly 80 percent. North Dakota’s statewide average is 63.7 percent. [ end of article ]
