The Southwest Coalition of Safe Communities is conducting various activities during April which is Alcohol Awareness Month.
National Alcohol Screening Day has been scheduled for April 8th. A screening for those interested in evaluating their alcohol usage may attend the screening free of charge. A screening site will be located at the Dickinson State University Student Center from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Informational displays will be located throughout the month at the St. Joseph's Hospital Wellness Center at the Prairie Hills Mall as well as City Hall in Dickinson. Local radio programs will host professionals in the law enforcement, prevention and treatment professions.
