The Second Annual Appreciation Breakfast is being held on February 6, 2004 at the Kelly Inn at 8:30 a.m.

Community Action Safe Communities Program/Capitol City Coalition For A Safe Community will be honoring law enforcement officers, fire fighters, coalition members, and outstanding community members who have made significant contributions in their community.
