Red River Valley SC Holds Appreciation Breakfast

The Red River Valley Safe Communities Coalition and MADD will be holding an Appreciation Breakfast. There will be a "Click It or Ticket" Press Conference with all area Law Enforcement agencies following the breakfast.

The Red River Valley Safe Communities Coalition and MADD will be awarding law enforcement officers from Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, Dilworth, and NDSU Police Departments, North Dakota Highway Patrol, Minnesota State Patrol, and Cass and Clay County Sheriffs' Offices who have the highest number of DUI/DWI arrests, seat belt citations, child restraint citations, and minor consumption violations on Tuesday, November 18, 2003, 9:00 AM Program at 9:30AM, 10:30 AM Press Conference.
