Fargo Completes Alcohol Compliance Checks

The Fargo Police Department, West Fargo Police Department, and Cass County Sheriff's Office with the assistance of the Red River Valley Safe Communities Coalition conducted alcohol compliance checks in Fargo, West Fargo, and Cass County on Tuesday, August 12, 2003.

A random pick determined which establishments were to be checked. There were 49 establishments checked, with 46 of these establishments passing.

41 establishments were checked in Fargo with 39 passing
3 establishments were checked in West Fargo with 2 passing
5 establishments were checked in Cass County with all passing.
