Monthly Car Safety Seat Check Ups

29 car safety seats were inspected. 1 car safety seat was used properly, the other 28 were not. Misuse included: loose harness straps, carrying handle not in proper or correct position, retainer clip not at armpit level, seat belt not in locked mode or failed 1" test, locking clips used incorrectly, harness straps not attached securely and threaded correctly, not appropriate 45 degree recline, and child not in appropriate seat.
