Dickinson Safety City Registration

The Safety City Educational Program still has openings for the morning session during June 2-12 at Heart River Elementary from 9:00-11:30 a.m.

Safety City is a comprehensive safety education program for 4, 5, and 6 year olds sponsored by the SW Coalition of Safe Communities and the Kiwanis Club of Dickinson. Students' practice riding bikes and crossing streets in a miniature city setting.

Each child will receive activity packets, fingerprint card and photo I.D., a bicycle helment, t-shirt and special "graduation" materials. Cost of the program is $25.00 to cover supplies, materials and snacks. For more information call 227-0131 and ask for Becky or Kathy.[ end of article ]
