The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) presented Carol Thurn and the North Dakota Motorcycle Safety Program with the 2001 MSF Outstanding State Program Award, Category one.

he award is presented to programs that are innovative, proactive, engaging, dynamic, and far-reaching.
