Safe Communities Coalition of the Red River Valley will be a NHTSA Case Study

The Safe Communities Coalition of the Red River Valley has been chosen as a showcase in an up coming NHTSA publication on DWI programs that are self-sufficient.  The publication will be a guidebook on Community-Based Self-Sufficient DWI Programs. The Safe Communities Coalition of the Red River Valley is one of only five coalitions nationwide that will be featured in this NHTSA guidebook as a case study.  The case study will be focusing on the SCCRRV's Victim Impact Panel and Server Training program, as well as the coalition overall.
