Kimberly Lemieux grew up south of Fargo in Christine, ND. Kimberly attended college majoring in General Home Economics with a minor in Gerontology. In 1982, Kimberly married and moved Rolla. She is a proud mother of 4 wonderful children; her eldest is currently serving in the Air Force, two children are high school students, and her youngest child is an elementary school student.

Lisa holds a B.A. degree in history and philosophy from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN. She also has a M.A. degree in history from Drew University in Madison, NJ. With these two degrees Lisa taught history and humanities at the community college and university level for eight years. More recently Lisa has been a Wahpeton City Council member and a member of the public works/public safety committee since October 2003. She is also on the Leach Library Board of Directors and a member of the Social Ministry Board of the Bethel Lutheran Church, both in Wahpeton. These experiences, along with being a full-time parent for the last three years, helped prepare Lisa for her position as the Richland county Safe Communities Coordinator.

Robyn Litke has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Psychology major from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. She also took graduate courses in Counseling. This college education along with her hotel management experience helped prepare Robyn to be the Red River Valley Safe Communities Coordinator.

Tess Bossert works at the First District Health Unit in Minot. She is also the Injury Prevention Specialist of the Mayor's Council for a Safe Community.
