Sax Motor Company and members from the Southwest Coalition of Safe Communities have teamed up to host an every other month car seat safety checks at Sax Motors. The first upcoming car seat check is scheduled for August 22 from 2-5 p.m.. This service is free to everyone, so stop by and have your car seat checked by trained professionals.

These professionals can teach you how to install your car seats in your vehicle, check to see if your car seat is on a recall list, and check for height and weight restrictions on the car seats. We encourage you to purchase your car seats new and send in manufacture warrant cards. If you are given a car seat from a family member, make sure you know the history behind the car seat and never purchase a used car seat from a rummage sale or second hand store.
