The Third Annual Appreciation Breakfast is being held on February 11, 2005 at the Kelly Inn at 8:30 a.m. Community Action Safe Communities Program/Capitol City Coalition For A Safe Community will be honoring Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, Emergency Medical Services, Coalition Members, and Outstanding Community Members who have made significant contributions in the Community. Sponsors include: Community Action Safe Communities Program/Capitol City Coalition For A Safe Community, Starbucks, Dakota Community Bank, Bismarck Exchange Club, and Kelly Inn.
